Digital Sales Executive - Russian & Ukrainian market

We are looking for a Digital Sales Executive for our North Sales Team with native level of Russian. You will join a dynamic team developing Trovit's presence in the Russian and Ukrainian market. You will be in charge of establishing and maintaining the collaboration with our clients to achieve sales goals. We expect you to take your own executive decisions on a daily basis and shape the relationship with the clients for the long run.

What you will do:

  • New business generation to develop the company’s presence in Russia and Ukraine
  • Establish and maintain collaboration with prospects and clients to achieve sales goals
  • Management of the client portfolio for optimisation and incremental business opportunities
  • Analyzing and monitoring metrics in order to increase sales
  • Give support to the product, marketing and SEO teams
  • Answer inquiries from users, partners and customers


What we expect from you:

  • +3 years of sales or business development experience in Internet and Online businesses
  • Online marketing knowledge and experience with web analytics, SEM, SEO, CRM.
  • Knowledge of Online Marketing Metrics and business models; CPC, CPM, CPL, etc.
  • Background in acquiring new business and strong skills in cold calling, sales pitches and general business development
  • Native level of Russian and fluent English is a must (other languages are a plus)
  • Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Business
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills to recognize patterns, strong problem solving ability
  • Exhibit high energy, proactive, goal oriented and work as a team player
