Office Manager

Our office is where all this magic happens, so we are looking for an experienced Office Manager who embraces our values and dedicates wholeheartedly to providing the team with a quality office experience. More so, we will also expect you to impress us with your event planning and execution skills. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Maintain the office areas and arranging necessary repairs
  • Manage all conference rooms and take care of our visitors
  • Liaise with facilities vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
  • Be the main point of contact for our landlord and building managers
  • Help team members with travel bookings
  • Make sure our kitchen is stocked with all the healthy stuff that we like
  • Help planning and organizing in-house or off-site activities, like after-office events, company trips, celebrations and conferences
  • Run the office on a day-to-day basis, pitching in for whatever needs to be done
  • Provide ad-hoc or project-based support to the Finance and People Operations teams

What we require of you:

  • Spanish and English required. Other languages is a plus
  • Previous experience as an Office manager or in a similar role
  • Advanced Internet and Office Apps user
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, and complete them quickly and effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
