User Acquisition Specialist

As part of our User Acquisition strategy, the Media Buying team is in charge of making use of a sizeable budget to drive quality users to our sites. Currently we are acquiring traffic in 46 countries, with +30M keywords and a clever use of a mix of our own technology and tools, and those of our partners.

We are looking for an experienced User Acquisition Specialist to be part of the team,  managing this strategically crafted structure and taking it further. We believe that someone with lots of experience buying traffic in many different ways, managing large budgets and working with automation tools, combined with a sense of curiosity for the details, creativity and a huge drive to challenge oneself and the team, would make a great profile for this position.

What you will do:

  • Ensure that investment follows and upward trend while keeping a high ROI
  • Test new campaigns, Keywords and Ads. A/B testing to improve campaigns performance
  • Diversify media buying investment by either doing things in a more optimized way or finding new sources/ways to drive more traffic
  • Make sure to keep a fluid relationship with both the technical and sales teams to ensure continuous improvement and solidly following the company’s purpose 
  • Play an active role in strategic planning & development of media buying


What we expect from you:

  • Experience working in digital media and optimization of search, display and social media advertising campaigns in different platforms like: Google Adwords, Facebook, Bing and other Ad networks 
  • Proven success managing online media budgets and hitting monthly goals for spend, revenue and key performance metrics
  • Strong experience working with third party tools such as bid management
  • Experience working with Apps download campaigns in a company with millions of users
  • Solid experience in Landing Optimization 
  • An analytic mindset, data driven and excellent working with data analysis tools (from spreadsheets to more sophisticated ones). Experience working with Adwords scripts will be a plus
  • An open mind approach, eager to challenge oneself and embrace change
  • An ability and likeability to work with others, within and without the team
  • Good level of English
